- Residential use only with no more than one single family per home site.
- Minimum 2550 sq. ft. Living Area.
- Out buildings allowed but must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee and must built with same material as the residence.
- Garages must be side or rear entry for no less than 2 cars.
- All building plans and specifications must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
- In Ground Pools only.
- Boats & Recreational Vehicles allowed, but must be stored within covered garage.
- No chain link or privacy stockade wood fence allowed (Wrought Iron only).
- Must have two acres to have a horse. Having 2 acre’s you can have up to two horses.
